Provedenzia, Colombia, a beautiful island where we spend Christmas and New year.

After two years on Runaway I decided to take a break in Rio Dulce and put the boat on the hard. It’s also a great opportunity to do some maintenance and some upgrades.

Belize is a very demanding sailing territory, there a reefs everywhere and the water is very shallow. But it is absolute rewarding and beautiful.

Where is all the fish? The water around Isla Mujeres and Cozumel is absolute pristine but there is just so few fish around, it’s really alarming…

Cayman Islands, April 2015.
We enjoyed the the Cayman Islands (Cayman Brac, Little and Grand) a lot but some of the crew and myself got some really annoying skin infections, probably while walking through the bush on Little Cayman. In my case the infection was spreading into the knee so I even had to go to the hospital.
Jamaica, March 2015
We sailed along the less visited south coast of Jamaica, and we where always the only boat in the anchorage. In Bloody Bay (Negril) the crew picked up a new hobby, crashing all inclusive resorts…
Haiti, March 2015.
We visited only the Ile â Vache since the mainland of Haiti is still considered not very save. But this little island is a great place to visit with friendly people and beautiful landscape. It’s also a big step back in time. March 2015.
